Your Investment Cost

We offer indoor and outdoor seating areas plus a ceremony area with alter. We also have an in-house DJ (the owner) that is available at a discounted price when you book with us. We can accommodate up to 150 guests, 100 inside the barn and 50 outside. There are no additional fees to use our decor, tables, chairs, no trash fee, no setup fee, we have no hidden fees. We do not nickle and dime our clients. 

The Ultimate Wedding Package

  • All day use Saturday 8am-12 midnight

  • Friday for rehearsal and setup 5 hours

Ala Carte "build your own package"

  • All day use Saturday $3000

  • All day use Friday $2500

  • All day use Sunday $2300

  • Friday rehearsal (3 hour rental) $700

  • DJ services $150 per hour

  • Bartending services $55 per hour

  • Grooms suite trailer $175

  • Drone picture during event $30

  • There will be an additional 7% sales tax added to the fee
  • A deposit will be due to secure your date and lock your pricing
  • We do have Friday and Sunday packages as well ask for details
  • There are also options to block book the whole weekend
  • There are options to rent the night before for your event

Pricing includes:
  • Use of our facility from 8am till midnight on the day of the event (exceptions can be made)

  • Lifetime use of property for Anniversary photos after your event (scheduled weekdays)

  • Tables plus bench style seating for up to 100 people inside and 50 outside

  • Time for you and vendors to be onsite for planning (scheduled weekdays) 

  • Scheduled time for pictures with your photographer for engagement photos 

  • 600' gravel driveway with sugar maples lined down the length for pictures

  • Indoor/Outdoor space to use as needed

  • White chairs for ceremony site (if applicable)

  • Outside ceremony area with wood alter

  • Use of your choice of vendors

  • Onsite barn manager day of your event

  • Antique farm grain truck for pictures

  • Wildflower meadow for pictures

 

** A nonrefundable deposit is due to hold a date, remaining balance is due one month before the event date.
