Your Investment Cost

At The Sugar Maple Barn, we provide both indoor and outdoor seating options, complete with a charming ceremony area featuring an altar. Our in-house DJ and Day of Coordinator (who happens to be the owner) ensure a seamless experience for your special day.

 

Capacity: 150 guests in total. 100 guests can comfortably enjoy the rustic ambiance inside the barn. 50 guests can savor the fresh air and scenic views outdoors. And the best part? We believe in transparency and simplicity: No additional fees for using our decor, tables, and chairs. No trash fee. No setup fee. Absolutely no hidden fees

The Ultimate Wedding Package (2days)

  • All day use on event day 8am-12 midnight

  • Night before rehearsal and setup 4 hours

  • Professional DJ services 6.5 hours

  • Alcohol permit fee covered

  • Bridal suite & Grooms trailer

  • Tables & chairs included 

  • Free use of all our decor

  • Lifetime anniversary photos

  • Personalized heart on the "wall of love" 

The Standard Wedding Package (1 day)

  • All day use on event day 9am - 12 midnight

  • Professional DJ services 5 hours

  • Alcohol permit fee covered

  • Bridal suite & Grooms trailer

  • Tables & chairs included 

  • Free use of all our decor

  • Lifetime anniversary photos

  • Personalized heart on the "wall of love"

Remember our package not only includes your venue space, tables, chairs and use of all our decor but also your DJ all in one place. Checking big items off your to do list! Plus we have an open vendor policy.

  • A deposit will be due to secure your date and lock in your pricing
  • Remaining balance will be setup on a monthly payment plan to spread out the cost
  • The ultimate package is only available Friday and Saturday  
  • Day of insurance is required (we have a link we provide our clients with a good company)
Pricing includes:
  • Use of our facility from 8am till midnight on the day of the event (exceptions can be made)

  • Lifetime use of property for Anniversary photos after your event (scheduled weekdays)

  • Tables plus bench style seating for up to 100 people inside and 50 outside

  • Time for you and vendors to be onsite for planning (scheduled weekdays) 

  • Scheduled time for pictures with your photographer for engagement photos 

  • 500' gravel driveway with sugar maples lined down the length for pictures

  • Indoor/Outdoor space to use as needed

  • White chairs for ceremony site (if applicable)

  • Outside ceremony area with wood alter

  • Use of your choice of vendors

  • Onsite barn manager day of your event

  • Antique farm grain truck for pictures

  • Wildflower meadow for pictures (when in season)

 

** A nonrefundable deposit is due to hold a date, remaining balance is due one month before the event date.
